The bathroom offered a spacious design with all the necessary amenities. The shared kitchenette provided a practical option for quick snacks or light meals without leaving the place.

The bed seemed like a collection of springs, and with thin doors, noise traveled easily from the corridors, disrupting our rest. A kettle would have been a nice touch, especially since there wasn't one on the second floor either.

The breakfast was freshly cooked and we enjoyed the restaurant where it was served. Efficient and knowledgeable staff did a great job. The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an electronic key card. The location was excellent and perfect close to the metro station.

Couple seeking comfort

The staff strived to, very helpful with anything we needed. We had a big double bed and good AC, despite the noisy room near other guests which was a bit irritating.

It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly but still acceptable.

The staff is incredibly nice here, the services are good, and location is marvellous not far from the center of the city and the historical centre of the city. An attached restaurant has nice meals.

The venue is recently refurbished, with nice food and excellent location close to public transport. All the staff is efficient and amiable and is engaged to make your stay fine! The room is soundproof and huge with shared bathroom, everything is perfect. The breakfast is fresh made, one of the best things.

Noise from communal bathrooms disturbing sleep!!! The outdated furnishings and poor room amenities detracted from comfort!!! Lack of adequate sound insulation and cooling issues.

I previously stayed in lisbon, but this time at universo romantico exceeded my expectations for a budget stay. The room was clean and refreshed every day. The breakfast was solid. Staff were helpful, and it was conveniently located with transport options nearby.

during my stay, I loved being just a few steps away from Liberty Avenue and only a short stroll to the picturesque Alfama neighborhood, making it super easy to soak in Lisbon's charm while walking around the city.

The freshly prepared breakfast choice was perfect. the rooms were reasonably large, brand-new, and the beds were very comfy. - the staff were amicable and gentle. - the location was amazing, pretty close to the city center.
